Whilst following a 23 year career in Hotel Management I understood the benefits to the business of having a highly motivated team to meet our business goals. Now in my own business; Fired 4 U - Pottery painting studio, the same applies. Amongst our many activities in and out of the studio we deliver team building sessions with local businesses.

Why not try a different team bonding session facilitated by Fired 4 U pottery painting studio?

Your team will:

  • get to know their team members in more depth, encouraging better working relationships                                
  • be able to relax and bond together so they will become rejuvenated and inspired to create solutions for challenges at work. 
  • learn a new skill
  • use right side brain (emotional & creative) activity, helping them to think differently and creatively.
  • take away a reminder to anchor the positive experience back in the workplace

 What's involved?

Pre - event
Initially a discussion with you to find out the objectives of the team building session, your choice of items to paint and if there are any particular designs to be incorporated onto the finished items

On the day

· A full demonstration of how to use the pottery paints and range of decorating tools. 
  • Your team members will decorate their own pottery item in an inspiring environment
  • Assistance and encouragement during the session from our creative team
  • The session lasts up to 2 hours
  • Explanation of the finishing process which includes the glazing and firing of the pottery.

Where can the team building session take place?  
Either at the venue of your choice or at Fired 4 U - it's your choice!

 ·       Half day events at Fired 4 U can accommodate 8 to 28 people

 ·       Half day events at your venue choice- tables, chairs and access to water and washing up facilities for the painters will be required.

 ·       Full day events at Fired 4 U, why not make use of our studio for a full days team building incorporating the workshop training sessions and the painting session.
