Special Occasion photograph plates

We can put a special occasion photograph provided by you and glaze it onto a plate to mark a special occasion; Birthday, Graduation, Engagement, Wedding, Wedding anniversary or Retirement gift they all make great keepsakes to hang on the wall.

Your Photograph;

You need to print out a photo onto photo paper with the subject being central to the photo. The photo needs to be good resolution and in focus to be used and will also need to enlarge it to allow us to cut the circle out to fit the plate. The circle we cut needs to be 14cm diameter for a 21cm diameter plate or 16.5cm diameter circle to go on a 26cm diameter plate.

You may find you need to enlarge the photograph in order to get the right size. I find using Microsoft publisher programme works best but you may be able to do this in other programmes. 

Then bring the photo to the studio or post the photo to us to put on the plate for you. Please provide a spare photo just incase it is needed.

We will add on names and dates and put a colour on the rim of the plate to 'frame' it. Your plate will be painted, then glazed and Fired 4 U, after this the photo will be added and the plate re glazed in the centre over the photograph.

The process we use does not allow these plates to be used for food.
